ShannonShannon Henry is the founder of Polymath Design Lab. Educated in Biology and Informatics, she combines her scientific background with a lifelong love for craft and design, bringing together knowledge about a wide variety of fields for new perspectives and unanticipated connections.

Shannon lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and a couple of very pampered computers. When not designing, making, or teaching, she can often be found geeking out over computer games, boogying to live music, or concocting new flavors of homemade ice cream.
